Zoe Ungerman, LPC Associate
I am here to support you through it all. My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative. I believe we are all a sum of our own experiences and identities that shape who we are and how we interact with the world around us. When we can build our compassion for ourselves and discover our strengths we can grow to face obstacles and meet our goals. I incorporate humor and creativity to build a safe space to work. I work with young adults around ages 19 to 30 navigating life transitions. I have a passion for working with females who struggle managing symptoms of ADHD and anxiety. Additionally, I have background in working with individuals of all ages and identities who struggle with substance use. My goal is to help you stop seeing yourself in deficits, but rather your strengths and the things that make you unique so that you can live life feeling free and at peace.
Whatever you are going through, I will be right there with you. Would love to set up a time to meet with you. 🙂
