Bryce Connor, LPC Associate
If you’re struggling with relationship and intimacy challenges, SOGIE (sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression) issues, grief, or existential angst/dread, I can help. These challenges can be alienating and uncomfortable, and sometimes we need more than a close friend to navigate these normal yet overwhelming life experiences. Whether you’re looking to navigate a life transition, process and explore your past, or maintain and improve your general life and relationship satisfaction, my skills in active listening and empathetic non-judgment can give you the space and attention you need to grow.
Empowering you and your goals is my priority. Our loved ones (including ourselves!) and even strangers will often tell us what we “should” be or do, despite our individual goals and dreams. Confronting these “shoulds” can be a source of great discomfort, sometimes more than we are comfortable or capable of shouldering alone. My job is to provide you with the insight and support you need to make productive choices about where your life is going and how you want to get there.
My approach is warm but practical so that together we can tackle the hard conversations safely. If you are looking for a space to navigate, process, or find strategies to address the challenges in your life as an individual, couple, or family, you can contact me via email, phone, or text to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation.
